As a Design Leader, I truly value empathy and curiosity. I make it a point to collaborate across functions to truly comprehend the needs of stakeholders and their teams. I'm all about tackling and understanding the challenges that team members face.
I've been lucky enough to have a supportive family and a career that has allowed me to craft brands globally for major Fortune 100 companies, as well as smaller, yet impactful brands. It hasn't been an easy ride, but it's been an interesting one. The best part is the incredible people I've had the honor to meet, work with, and learn from along the way. Building teams, creating opportunities, helping individuals realize their full potential, and achieving results beyond our wildest imaginations have been incredibly fulfilling.
In terms of recognition, I've been fortunate to have been consistently honored over three decades with more than 40 awards for design excellence from esteemed international organizations like Cannes Cyber, Cannes Direct, One Show, and D&AD. I've also been fortunate to have been involved with early-stage start-ups that have seen tremendous growth, with some even going public or being acquired.
